How To Do Different Serves - Badminton Tips

submitted by modinikhil on 11/24/17 1

The First serve is the single serve, a high deep serve, which is meant to put your opponent to the back line. In singles, you can shoot farther on the serve. In doubles, you have to use the closer line. The shuttle must go beyond the first line closest to the net. For the high deep serve, use an underhand stroke after dropping the shuttle. The short serve can be served conventionally or with the backhand grip. With the shorthand serve, you want to land as close to the first line as possible.
