EP115. SELLING OR BUYING BEFORE CHRISTMAS? If you are hoping to either buy or sell before Christmas, then with only 5 weeks until Santa arrives, this weekend is practically the last weekend to sign a contract and for it to settle in time. If you don't need to be in by Christmas, then this is a great time with lots of activity happening around the peak selling season.
