【方法】雙腿坐下,舌頂上顎,垂簾,右腿貼地,用手將左腳板至右腳側。然後左腳曲立於右腿側固定之,再將頭部轉向右邊,靜定五至十分鐘,即得自在坐法。此為聚氣右旋法,乃須再做聚氣左旋法,即再做換腳換手,頭部轉向左側靜定功法 【功效】由於頭部轉向右側面固定,左腳又曲立於右側面,則能使身中真氣凝聚旋轉起來,運通經脈,左右皆作則更為完美
