submitted by claddingremoval on 11/01/17 1

Channel 10 coverage of New South Wales Coroner's Court ruling regarding tragic fatal Bankstown apartment fire and death of Connie Zhang. The inquest highlighted significant failings in current regulation of fire protection equipment and systems, specifically regulation surrounding the accreditation of individuals working in the fire protection industry, as well as the requirements for the adequate installation of fire sprinkler systems. The Coroner ruled Ms.Zhang's death could have been prevented had these systems been in place.
