Ustunel lost his sight because of eye cancer when he was a child, but that never kept him away from the water. He spent afternoons fishing with his father, and summers swimming in the Black Sea, where his grandmother had a house. Now, he’s 37 and still loves being on the water. But instead of going out in another person’s boat, Ustunel wants to go out on his own.
