Earlier this year I had gone to Panama to kitesurf/kiteboard and one day my buddies and I found this desolate beach so I capitalized on the opportunity, made up a quick yoga flow, setup my tripod and filmed it. I'm happy I finally edited this! Hope you enjoy it.
