#weeklywednesdaychallenge #flow ROLL & SWEEP on repeat! Starts with 2 lateral rolls into kneeling side lunge. Then an animal flow move, scorpion sweep, followed by a forward sweep to continue the circle and back to the kneeling side lunge. The challenge is how many can you do in 2 minutes without messing up? It's a good brain game plus a great hip opener and body connector. Plus you'll be gassed when you can pump up the intensity & quickness
