Paces Properties, LLC a leading developer of brownfield and urban sites across the Southeast, purchased the former Larkin Coil industrial operations, a large former industrial space with the plan to redevelop the area into retail and restaurants for the growing population in downtown Atlanta. Paces engaged Nova Environmental, an environmental consulting firm, to recommend an effective approach to address TCE contamination in groundwater left by legacy industrial activities in the area. Working with Nova, REGENESIS produced a remediation design, supplied in situ remediation and vapor intrusion mitigation products, and provided field implementation services that effectively addressed the contaminants in the tight time constraints required by the construction schedule, keeping future tenants and customers safe.
