Recently I've become interested in the Alkaline Electric Dr. Sebi approved way of eating to improve my overall health. Dr. Sebi's meal plan insists we only eat organic, non GMO fruits, vegetables, and grains (basically only things that occur naturally in nature). Dr. Sebi is known to have cured cases of AIDS, Herpes, and Diabetes thru diet and his own herb potions. To jumpstart my new healthy habits, I decided to do a grocery shop for things only on Dr. Sebi's approved food list.
