Chef's Night Out in Brooklyn with INSA

submitted by Huzzaz on 08/12/17 1

Sohui Kim, chef and co-owner of Korean BBQ restaurant INSA in Gowanus, Brooklyn, takes us to all ends of New York—from Flushing to Red Hook—for a night out that is as delicious as it is fun. The night starts at Myung San with fermented blue crabs, because of course it does. Next, Sohui and friends head to Sik Gaek for watermelon soju, BBQ, and abalone. They then head to Fort Defiance for some tiki cocktails before going back to INSA for "late night debauchery," complete with INSA fried chicken, rice cakes, and seafood corndogs.
