Traditionally, the Toowoomba real estate market went into hibernation over the winter months. That hasn't happened during the last few years due to increased investor activity. Now that the investors have slowed down, we are again experiencing our normal markets. That has some of the newer agents running scared because they haven't experienced a slower period, however traditionally it happened every winter and bounced back again once Spring arrives.
