Shortly after our arrival in Barcelona, we have already checked in at the Expo Hotel Barcelona, because it is just a short walk from the train station. The next morning, we want to leave Barcelona very early by train to Madrid and El Escorial. Besides the convenient location, the hotel offers even further amenities. The furnishings are modern, the technique works very well (particularly with regard to the Internet connection) and on the roof, there is a restaurant with a terrace which provides a wonderful view of the city.
