Being in lifeguard services is exciting yet challenging. Managing rules and discipline are as important as other things in the facility. Disciplining children and adult is a learned skill, parents supervision is more important than lifeguards. The easiest trick to enforcing rules is to treat every visitor with respect and explain theme about the rules and regulation.
