So often we focus on the end goal and are action oriented, moving forward. But, in order to process change it's actually really beneficial to stop and sit with our thoughts and feelings for a while. It's not to say that you wallow in self pity, rather you give yourself permission to honour what you've achieved, so that you can move forward with grace and ease.
