Public outcries, accusations and counter accusations and apportioning blame subsists as the custodians of justice in what appears to be a deliberate move hide their faces from the reality of torture. For this, the fountain of honour now moves to save the country of international ridicule by trying to communicate the position of the government on the use of torture in investigations
