Advanced / Intermediate Yoga Flow class ♥ Expand Your Practice – Start new yoga challenge Expand your yoga practice with advanced/intermediate kriya yoga poses and sequence. This is introductory pose for intermediate kriya workout. We recommend starting your kriya yoga challenge practice with entry and basic yoga poses (links are available below) but it is also possible to do intermediate kriya yoga sequence on its own. Advanced/intermediate yoga flow for those who wish to take their practice to the next level or add some dynamic to it. We start intermediate kriya yoga practice with first kriya yoga pose. Discover your power inside YOU! This kriya is described in the ancient kriya yoga treatise in a following way "Sit down on the ground, bend your knees, hold your feet together with soles. Swing back and forth, this way you will release your legs and find the secret inner place of power." Intermediate kriya yoga round has 16 kriyas. This is 1st of 16. About kriya yoga flow class. Learn new yoga pose every day! 7 new yoga poses in a week and 30 new yoga poses (almost full sequence) in a month. Get in shape fast! Intermediate kriya yoga practice where each kriya is 75 seconds long is called blue kriya. Advanced yogis perform red and black kriya. Beginners may reduce this time to 60 , 45 or 30 seconds. Choose the same duration for all kriyas. Start new kriya only when the time of the previous one has passed. You may take a pause if you feel tired or feel like having a rest. Learn to hear what your body is telling you! No external factor will tell you your rhythm. It will vary from practice to practice, from kriya to kriya. Let the joy to be your guide. Repeat sequence on regular basis and you will notice positive changes in the way your body feels and looks. You will also notice positive emotions from the practice and after the practice.
