It is time to get up on your feet! You can do it and with each move you will feel the energy flowing in your body. This will take only few moments. Make the first step towards better understanding of yourself and what your body needs! When you start feeling the power carefully move forward with other kriya yoga poses. HOW TO DO IT? Stand up. Bring legs apart and find stable and comfortable position. Join palms behind the back and lean forward. Hands move upwards. And return to the previous position. Go as far as comfortable. Avoid sharp movements. Find the pleasant range of movement. Follow how you feel during and after the exercise. Engage your entire body – legs, hands, back, etc! Breath like you wish. This is advanced kriya yoga round, intermediate kriya 6 Discover the power inside YOU! This kriya is described in the ancient kriya yoga treatise in a following way: "Stand up straight on your feet, grab the wrist with a hand behind your back. Lean forward. Hold your legs and arms straight, when your hands are clasped behind your back. Do this as it was a lightning strike. Repeat it many times. This way, the energy of Life will flow through your legs, body and arms, sweeping away all barriers in its way. " About kriya yoga flow class. TIPS Intermediate kriya yoga practice where each kriya is 75 seconds long is called blue kriya. You can change this duration but choose the same duration for all kriyas. Start new kriya only when the time of the previous one has passed. You may take a pause if you feel tired or feel like having a rest. Learn to hear what your body is telling you! No external factor will tell you the rhythm. It will vary from practice to practice, from kriya to kriya. Let the joy to be your guide! Repeat sequence on regular basis (start by 2 times a week) and you will notice positive changes in the way your body feels and looks. You will also notice positive emotions during the practice and after. Your body will learn the sequence very quickly.
