Does your shoulder get tense during the day? Practice this kriya and you will be able to relax them better. This video is kriya yoga practice. In the ancient yoga treatise this pose is described as follows: "Sit down on the ground, bend your arms and touch your shoulders. Alternately, move bended arms in circular forward motions, like a swimming turtle. " No more information has been provided so explore this kriya in your practice. You can do only this kriya and to work on your shoulders or you may used all sequence of kriya yoga (entry kriyas, basic kriyas, intermediate kriyas and Shakti or Power kriyas) TIME Usually we practice each kriya for 75seconds. Learn all kriyas one by one. Anda t the end you will have very interesting and useful practice that can be adjusted to your needs. ESSENTIAL TIPS FOR KRIYA In this kriya follow your breath. Just observe. Don’t try to control it. With the time your body will adjust to this pose and so will adjust your breathing. Breathing may tell a lot about the way you feel. There are three related things – breathing, position of the body and work of the mind. Change one and two other will follow. Remember to rest (Shavasana) after you complete the practice.
