Let's call this Baby scorpion pose! When you think about practicing of Scorpion pose you can start with baby scorpion in dynamic version. GLUTE MUSCLES IN ACTION Engage all your glute muscles and reach up and then back closer to the chest. Find your rhythm and your amplitude. It is PERFECT the way you do it ! READING ANCIENT TREATISE ON THIS POSE Get on your hands and knees, lift your leg up sharply, as if it was a scorpion bite, then return the leg back. Repeat it many times. Do all the same with the other leg. Add other poses of kriya yoga to make workout more fun. Practice yoga regularly. Do not run after larger number, strive for better feeling inside.
