About one third of all restaurants food is wasted. What can we do to stop that? Former top-rated McKinsey consultant Marc founded Winnow to help the hospitality sector cut food waste using technology. Since launch two years ago Winnow has been deployed in over 150 kitchens and has saved its customers almost £2m by reducing food waste.
