A solid waste management program by the Municipality of Linamon, Lanao del Norte, BALAK stands for Basura Atras Linamon Abante sa Kalamboan. The primary idea of this program is the concept of "TURNING GARBAGE INTO GOLD". This video outlines the best practice strategy of the Local Government Unit of Linamon in managing its garbage problem and generating revenue along the way. This video was created and developed for Local Governance Resource Center 10 of DILG Regional Office 10 with the support of MBUSSP and LGSP.
