For those that were not in attendance at the Trowbridge Area Board on Thursday the 12th of September 2013, this video is to show extra detail on the Wiltshire Youth Marching Band and it's grant application of £500. This is to purchase more musical instruments. Overall, it was agreed by the councillors unanimously and they were successful. Congratulations.
