Reporter states the obvious - Man Stuck in Storm Drain

A California man got himself into a sticky situation in a storm drain while trying to retrieve his cell phone. Police say the 21-year-old was intoxicated when he got stuck head-first in a man-hole last week for about 40 minutes. Luckily, a woman living nearby heard his faint screaming from her bedroom window. She saw his feet dangling and called for help. “Five cops came and they stood around because they couldn't believe what they were seeing” said the neighbor. The man was not hurt and there is no word on whether he was able to find his phone.
