Fidel Washington allegedly murdered his own mother by stabbing her. The 50-year-old victim was found dead in her home on June 28th after a co-worker called police to inform them that she hadn't show up for work. Officers arrived at the apartment and found the woman's body along with her living son. He was cleaning his room. Initially, Washington told investigators someone had entered the apartment and killed his mother. After he was taken in for questioning, Washington reportedly confessed to the murder. He claimed the situation took a deadly turn after they got into an argument about Washington's lack of a job. He was charged with first-degree murder. According to court documents, the victim was stabbed 40 to 50 times, however a source close to the investigation alleged that the woman had been stabbed hundreds of times.
