Stretch your Shoulders/Lats with this AWESOME stretch with Antranik (good for posture and yoga)

I do this stretch daily to help limber myself up and it feels WONDERFUL. It is excellent for improving your posture instantly if you feel your shoulders are rounded forward from sitting all day. It is also perfect for increasing the shoulder mobility needed for a downward dog or handstand.
