Be patient and kind with yourself. Turn big things into a series of small things. Sometimes you are going to take two steps forward and one step back. Remember anytime you feel discouraged or overwhelmed, to just take things a little bit at a time, and little bits add up to huge results. Reward yourself with good feelings for each little step taken in the direction you would like to go.
