These three books I recommend books aren't really from the classic self help genre. I realize that it's very easy to get into a cycle of buying self help books and almost become addicted to other peoples views on certain aspects of life. I personally love self help books but there came a time where I just had to slow down and ask myself "Wait, what do I think?" The books I was reading were pretty forceful in their views which is why I am recommending these three. There are powerful messages in these books that I want to share with you. Remember, I have not been endorsed to recommend these self help books but only want you to become inspired like I have because of reading these amazing works of literature :) Watch the video for more info and my experiences with these self help books! 1. Stay Strong. Keep Being YOU These videos are meant to breakdown the stigma of mental illness and take a bit of a lighter approach to recovery. Mental health does not only involve the mind but has a direct correlation with the body. I do my best to make videos that describe treatments that can help both the mind and body while making them fun and motivational. My main focus on this channel is depression and anxiety since I experience both personally. Let's fight the stigma together. You have the strength to overcome whatever you may be struggling with at this specific moment in time. Never give up. Never surrender. STAY STRONG. KEEP BEING YOU
