They say depression is a brain disease and you have to take prescription medication for the rest of your life. You're a victim. An innocent victim. And it's not open for discussion. Life gets heavy. Eventually, I end up depressed. It really is that simple. Sadly, I don't see anyone talking about this. But you do NOT have to be a victim if you don't want to be. The choice is up to you. This isn't for everybody. Some people have NO INTENTION of ending their depression. It's too confronting to even try.
