Relax, relaxing, relaxation, relax your troubles away as you fall asleep and rest for now. Feel happier, get things done, be more at ease, and just feel better about yourself overall while you listen to a soothing and calming voice and a little bit of music here and there too. I asked a while back in the comments on my video "2 Hours Sleep Hypnosis for Depression Anxiety Self Confidence and Emotional Healing" if there were any new four part long videos that my listeners would like to hear that I could put together for them. Three people gave very direct and sure answers about what it is they would like to hear. This was Missy's choice.
