Self-Help for Depression

NOTE: The actual live video section doesn't begin until 42 sec. into the video. This is my first video sharing how I am working though a moderate depression. The ideas that I share work for a lot of the time for me but (not always). I have my days and I find that it's about giving myself time and being self-compassionate during this period. I've decided to share because I have benefitted a lot from others sharing how they are getting through. I'm hoping that my share might inspire others as well. I'm open and welcome to video responses that would elaborate on others' self-care techniques. The Ideas that I've been utilizing include: 1. Spend time with animals. 2. Care for live plants (both flowering plants and herbs) 3. Eat whole foods. 4. Get Outdoors 5. Take a walk 6. Breathe 7.
