10 Minutes Core Workout

-Please Subscribe! Welcome to another WebWorkout! Hate Sit-ups? Me too. This workout involves no sit-ups but focus on all of the core, to get you that slim cut you've been looking for. This could be a full body workout but targeted section is the core. Assister muscles include the Shoulders, Quads (Legs), Back, and Cardio movements The workout will last 10 minutes focusing on warming up the body in 2 minutes, maxing out the core muscles in 6 minutes and cooling down for another 2 minutes. The core workout includes 1 Mountain Climbers 2 Burpees 3 Hip-Flexor Crunch 4 Plank (Elevated) 5 Alternated Push-up 6 Oblique Crunch Each workout last 30 seconds each!
