www.chrissybshow.tv 10.06.16 We dedicate this show to all you wonderful men out there by talking about Men’s Health Week which is celebrated each year during the week leading up to and including Father’s Day. The theme this year is Stress and the Men’s Health Forum say that this is very important because if men don’t release stress, it can turn into something more serious. They suggest things that can beat stress such as exercising, singing, dancing, laughing, painting and volunteering. But their main message to you men out there men is to talk about what causes stress, to your friends, your family or a professional. And since Father’s Day is fast approaching too, we also celebrate fatherhood and we start by seeing the public’s opinion about their dads and the most embarasing things that dads have done. Chrissy’s guests include Dr Rob Hicks on what can cause stress and what men can do about it - plus he will be talking about his own experiences with fatherhood Joining us by SKYPE single dad Matt Sweetwood, talks about how he survived when his wife left him with 5 young children, and what he thinks makes a good father. There is an interview with Robert Watson of the Good Men Project, a project that set out to start an international conversation about what it means to be a good man in the 21st century. Ben Cooper shows us how to make a superfood chilli with cauliflower rice which is great for stress The Chrissy B Show airs on SKY 203 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10pm in our cosy living room studio in the heart of London.
