A lot of people know Sun Salutation and Moon Salutation. This is a longer version for even better workout for your body. HOW TO START YOGA WORKOUT? Start by getting familiar with the poses. There is no rush. In the beginning nobody is able to ensure nice and easy flow – it is this way with all new things. Thereby, no stress!!! Just do as much as you can. Your mind might try to tell that this is too difficult. Just try 10 times this yoga flow workout at home! Believe me! It is actually easy to remember. Your body will also need some time to adjust to some new movements. If you will learn it once your body will always remind about the movements. 30 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE You will notice that when you repeat the complex several times your body will already know this by heart. 1. Plan to do this yoga flow 30 times. Mark the days in your calendar. 2. Practice it as many times as it feels comfortable. Starting with 1 turn for each leg. And then gradually grow the number. 3. Find your rhythm. In the video for the beginning speed is rather fast. Rewind when necessary. Divide the complex in parts. Experiment! 3.Rest during the practice if you need, rest in between the turns, if you need. Skip a pose that is not suitable for your body at the moment. Make the complex easier or more difficult.
