Candice Nicole is a young, vibrant, creative, on her way to the top 30 year old. She was born in Washington, DC and raised in Montgomery County, MD. She has a degree in Communications/Public Relations from Morgan State University. Candice has always been intrigued by the Entertainment Industry from a young age. Her mother would always play music and stay up to date on the latest events happening in the “glitz & glamour”. It wasn’t until she decided what High School to attend that Candice knew she was definitely made for the “business”. In her high school, James Hubert Blake High School; which was a Fine Arts & Humanities institute she found herself heavily involved in school activities and picked up the hobby of photography. Candice truly found the happiness in being behind the camera and capturing the beauty of life and nature. In 2002 she entered Morgan State University with the hopes of being a “Celebrity Photographer” who would specialize in Black & White photos. However, she found her passion in Public Relations when she decided to change her major to Communications. She became a member of the YWCA Public Relations Committee from 2004-2005 and then joined AccessPR in 2005, later to become Vice President/President in 2006. Throughout her time in Morgan State University she interned at WEAA 88.9 AM, Minority Wealth Magazine, Von Dutch Originals (Headquarters in LA), and has been volunteering at various BET Award/Events (including BET Awards, BET Hip Hop Awards, Rip the Runway & BET Honors) since 2006.  To date, one of the major highlights in Candice’s career was that she was one fifth of the organizers to put on the DMV Helps Haiti Benefit Concert held Washington, DC at the 930 Club. The event raised over $37,000 and showcased some of the most elite talent in the DMV (DC/MD/VA) area with Wale being the headliner. Most recently, she was on the DC Events team that hosted the weekly viewing parties for Centric’s “Master of the Mix” DJ reality show. The entire series was sponsored by Smirnoff Vodka and was an incredible success in Washington, DC and created great awareness about the importance of the DJ and showcasing the DJs culture. In 2011, Candice spoke to the Endustry Power Players Organization at Howard University about Public Relations in the entertainment industry, was a panelists at the Main Event Music Conference held in Virginia Beach, VA, was named one of the Top 30 Under 30 in the DMV by WKYS 93.9FM, received the Elite DC Magazine Award for “Best PR” and held a brief position as radio personality on Elite DC Radio on "Happy Hour Radio" June -December 2011. Most recently in 2012, Candice was listed on the "Top 100 Public Relations Firms & Publicists of 2012". Candice Nicole Public Relations was founded in June 2007 and the company has continued to flourish and move forward in making a huge influence in the entertainment industry.
