A promotional video outlining Communication 318 at Western Washington University. The purpose of Communication 318 is to prepare students for a real world working environment which they will encounter later in life. Professionalism is developed through business writing, job interviews, preparing for job interviews, and presentations. A portfolio created by students includes a resume, cover letter, mock job search, and letters of recommendations. Service Learning is a large part of Communication 318 that allows students to work with community partners and apply classroom concepts to real life situations.
