[MKWii] Luigi Circuit - 1:10.766 with keyboard

Fucking Dolphin and its framerate problems -_- I wanted to see if I could get 1:10 on LC using a keyboard. This was going to be hard as my best time on console is a 1:12 (I haven't had a Wii with me in some time). After numerous shortcut fails and a lot of changing ghosts, I achieved this.
