Raul Elizalde is the father of Grace Elizalde, one of the first children in Mexico to receive authorization to use Real Scientific Hemp Oil™ to treat her epilepsy. Raul is also the Founder of the Por Grace Foundation, which is dedicated to helping other patients achieve legal cannabis access in Mexico. In April, 2016, Raul addressed the President of Mexico at UNGASS, Special Session of the United Nations General Assembly, speaking about the need for medicinal cannabis access in the country and throughout the world. Elizalde's Por Grace Foundation is a key partner for our HempMeds® Mexico division, as we continue to work for cannabis access in Mexico and Latin America.
