In his weekly message, Governor Markell previews the release of the state’s Climate Action Progress Report, which reflects the state’s progress in addressing the threats of climate change in response to his Executive Order 41, which called for continuing Delaware’s national leadership in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, developing strategies to improve the resiliency of the state's infrastructure, and ensuring all state agencies incorporate measures for adapting to the impacts of climate change.
