“Impossible Instruments” is the project of award-winning Toronto-by-way-of-Halifax musician Joshua Van Tassel and Toronto sound designer James Bunton. The goal of their residency at Studio Bell was to take classic instruments from NMC’s collection—which spans over 450 years of music technology–and remix them in a way that’s never been heard before.
