In this video, I teach you how to take the lunge to the next level to stretch your hip flexors further and get more hip extension. This helps target all of the quadriceps muscles as well as the deeper hip flexors (iliopsoas) even more. The beauty of this progression is you don't really need equipment once you could start grabbing the foot.
