Mahamadu Bawumia is a Visiting Professor at Central University in Ghana. In this video he discusses the phenomenon of Dutch Disease which often afflicts countries that export large amount of natural resources. Dutch Disease makes it more difficult for countries to export goods and services as their currency becomes more expensive due to demand for the countries natural resources.
