Governor Kate Brown signs hb4071 into Law

HB4071 (COFA Premium Assistance Program) finally made its way to the Governor's desk for signing. Today marks a special day in history for the cofa population in Oregon with their first legislation directly affecting that population as Governor Kate Brown signed HB4071 into Law today. Thanks to the tireless work of three individuals who got it all started: David Anitok, Loyd Henion and Shane Jackson.
