In the final installment of the first season of MOLTISSIMO, Mario cooks a Tuscan lunch for rapper Action Bronson and chef Missy Robbins of Williamsburg, Brooklyn's Lilia. They first enjoy ribollita, a stew made with cannellini beans, crushed tomato, and chard; and then have arista Toscana, a bone-in pork loin studded with garlic, covered in fennel pollen, and roasted over onions, fennel, and raw milk.
