(www.abndigital.com) Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan last week unveiled a gas revolution that envisages $10bn of investment over the next 3 years. Jonathan hopes his "gas revolution" will indirectly create up to 500,000 jobs, many of them in agriculture, and help improve power supply to homes and manufacturers in Africa's most populous nation and second biggest economy. Energy Group Oando been selected, jointly with Italian oil and gas group Agip, to build central gas-processing facilities.
