Gluten Free Bread Recipe ~ Noreen's Kitchen
Greetings! Today I am sharing my recipe for gluten free flax and sesame sandwich bread. This is not your run of the mill gluten free bread and if you have tried gluten free bread in the past and not enjoyed it, this recipe is going to change all that. I will preface this by saying that I do not prescribe to a gluten free life and I don't have any plans on changing to one. I still bake regular bread once a week for my family. I bake this for a friend who had to go to a gluten free diet for her health. She loves this bread and always says that she loves it more than the cardboard gluten free bread that is available in the grocery store. This bread uses my gluten free flour blend which you can find here:bit.ly/1qy1H1x Please adhere to the recipe. Don't leave out the vinegar and make sure to beat the batter for at least three minutes. These things are crucial to a successful loaf. If you leave anything out or add anything in you may risk a disaster instead of a beautiful spongy loaf of sandwich bread.
