Easy gluten-free bread for the family! Using a bread machine is easy. This recipe has been our family favorite for years! Ingredients: 3 large eggs ¼ cup oil 1 ½ cups warm water 2/3 cup dry milk (optional) 1 cup tapioca flour 1 tablespoon xanthan gum 1 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons organic sugar ½ cup flax meal ½ cup oat flour 1 cup brown rice flour 2 ¼ teaspoons yeast Directions: 1. Place wet ingredients in the bread bin (make sure your paddle is already in). 2. Put dry ingredients in second. Then pour yeast on top. 3. Set machine for #2 loaf and use 3 hour setting.
