Please join me as I chat with Jake West, a director & writer in the film and television industry since 1993. He is best know for his feature film work primarily in the horror/Fantasy & Sci-Fi genres, including “Razor Blade Smile”(1998), “Evil Aliens"(2003), “Pumpkinhead: Ashes to Ashes”(2006), “Doghouse”(2009), "The ABC's of Death" (2012), and "Draconian Days' (2014) Jake is attached to a number of projects on both sides of the Atlantic including the forthcoming underwater thriller 'Relics' and is signed to direct ‘Feral,' with Autumnwood Media which he co-wrote with Spencer Wright ('Red Mist’). A passionate film connoisseur, Jake also owns Nucleus Films, a UK-based independent distribution label he founded in 2003 with film researcher and author Marc Morris. Nucleus Films produced and released the highly acclaimed documentaries 'Video Nasties: Moral Panic, Censorship & Videotape' and 'Draconian Days'. Nucleus Films also is a prolific producer of DVD and Blu-Ray extras for most major UK labels.
