R.O.B. + Gyromite: Top Level

My robotic buddy R.O.B. completes the last level (Phase 40) of Gyromite spinning two tops simultaneously! I am aware it can be done by just spinning one (can you figure out how?), but I am more interested on the spinning top part than the game.
