The U.S. General Services Administration is charged with providing and managing quality workspaces for government and military employees around the United States. At Greenbuild in Los Angeles, we spoke with Lance Davis, GSA Sustainability Architect, who shed some light on the administration’s upcoming priorities. Lance discussed GSA’s use of both LEED and SITES, talked about the importance of building performance and of redefining what constitutes functional office space, as well as GSA’s ramp-up to achieving net zero energy, water and waste in its portfolio.
