材料:鴨肉、鹹菜、薑片、米酒 做法: 1.鴨肉塊先過滾水川燙,水滾之後撈起用冷水沖洗乾淨。 2.另煮一鍋滾水,洗好的鴨肉放入鍋中,再加少許米酒與薑片煮30分鐘。 3.30分鐘後把鹹菜加入,再續煮10分鐘即可。
